Best shoe in forever for control and agility

I am 73 and was asked by my Grandkids to start a game with them and others. I ran patterns and caught many balls because I could turn, cut and run. Time playing; 1 hr and 1/2 ; no trips or falls with minimal soreness next day. Ordering another color within the week ! 5 Stars !!

Lightweight, little padding, Not high on comfort

The shoe is very light weight which is nice, but also fairly uncomfortable. Thin padding and very thin insole with material that is like a mess plastic makes it uncomfortable for me. I'm sure it has it's uses for some, but for me It's not a great fit. Also the first merrill that I can recall that gave me a blister on the first day.

Featherweight fighters

For context I rotate between Nike Ultrafly 2s, Salomon Speedcross 6s, and these, depending on the running scenario. These are what I most reach for when I grab a pair of shoes to go to town in or wear around the place on a day off. I haven’t run very much in them yet but have worn them a lot in everyday settings. They’re incredibly light, have insane traction on every surface I encounter. There’s actually a surprisingly comfy amount of cushion in these, and they lock onto my foot super well. Zero heel slippage. I got them specifically for the lower stack height and higher stability on technical terrain after multiple ankle rolls in the Nikes on technical terrain. The last time was early on in a spartan beast that I had put a lot of prep into so that was very disappointing. With these I do feel super planted and stable. Plus I love the way they look 🤷🏼‍♂️

Great fit and feel, nice to have a normal color

Feels great walking or hiking, lightweight, laces hold without double tie. Some reviews have shown early wear and some Vibram issues, but I don't run trails, so I hope the last for me. 4 stars until I get some wear time on them to determine how well they will last with mostly walking / hiking duties. Color options are good, we all do not want / need attention grabbing shoe colors.
