Marlay Mary Jane Pump

If you told me last year, 5 years ago, 10 years ago that I'd be scrambling to buy a pair of Mary Janes, I'd have laughed hysterically. Enter Autumn 2023 and here I am lowkey obsessed with these beauties. Got the black initially in my normal 8.5 but my feet slipped out the back when I walked. Returned for the size 8 and they are just right. Have not worn them outside yet so we'll see about comfort. I have a wide foot and these accommodate. The heel is just enough to give height and not make me feel like a 9-year-old. Will wear with white crew socks, black knee socks, or tights. Stunning with a dress but absolute perfection with cropped jeans and trousers. These shoes are sexy. LOVE! Will get a beige pair as well.

Lovely elegant Mary Jane pump. Perfect heel height for extended wear. Toe box was thankfully wider than I expected for a bit more comfort.

I really thought these were going to be cute and comfy. Turns out they were only cute. These have to be one of the most uncomfortable pair of wedge shoes I’ve ever bought. Even after adding gel pads to the heel and footbed these are still so uncomfortable. I do not recommend these.

Very pretty shoes.. The heel height is comfortable and stable. I just wish they had arch supports and built in heel grips. I have weak arches and the right shoe started to hurt on the inner side; I will need to wear some arch support with them next time I wear them. I also had to add heel grips as without them my heel was moving up and down too much when walking in them. So I can fix the issues I had with them. Overall, the design is very classy with the patent finish. I bought the beige color ones so that I can wear them with lighter colored clothing.

It's all good! Comfy work shoes. Bought 2 colors beige and black. Super worth it!

Shoes are so very cute but breaking them in was the toughest of any shoe I have ever bought. Hoping once I break them in, it will be better

Absolutely adore these shoes! First pair of Mary Janes I’ve bought, and I highly recommend. Very 60s/70s Jane Birkin, Sharon Tate vibes. Can be dressed up with socks or tights.

I love these shoes! So comfortable and look great with dresses, skirts and slacks. Easy to wear and walk in.

This is truly a classic pump! You can’t ever go wrong with patent leather. This Mary Jane pump transports me back to childhood. It’s like playing dress up, but I’m a grownup!

These are my first pump Mary Jane’s, and they’re so gorgeous (the wine ones, oh my). Taking them out of the box and feeling them in my hands, I was worried they’d be too stiff or that the back side of my feet would hurt. But these are very supportive and comfy once on. The back doesn’t hurt whatsoever. I’m excited to wear these at work, and I’ll update my review if my mind changes. They’re also the perfect height. I didn’t check the height in the description, but I was afraid the heel might be too tall from the display picture. They’re definitely not. They’re a comfortable height, even if you’re not used to wearing heels often.
