Received used shoes
I received a used shoe. It’s surprising why Nordstrom would put this in market as ‘new’ product. I get that it was on a sell but they should have marked it used. It’s embarrassingly disgusting. The price wasn’t cheap as well. I don’t think I will buy stuff from Nordstrom Rack anymore.
