Letters are pealing / black in fading
I purchased this purse in June 2025 noticed the black is fading and the letters are pealing. This bag is too expensive for this to happen so quickly. I really wish i can get my money back. I’m so disappointed

Letters are pealing / black in fading
I purchased this purse in June 2025 noticed the black is fading and the letters are pealing. This bag is too expensive for this to happen so quickly. I really wish i can get my money back. I’m so disappointed

Okay but fades
I collect the Marc Jacobs totes of all kinds. This one was a must but I was disappointed when the handles faded and turned a light brown/orange color. I emailed Marc Jacobs and they said it's normal for this to happen so I let it go. It's a spacious bag and one of my favorite basic bags. Just unfortunate that the color faded.
