terrible bag
A friend ordered a bag for me on this site and I received THIS! The skin is all crawling and tearing. Some strange metal element that gets in the way... All defective!!! There were no labels on the bag! One disappointment! Be careful when ordering on this site!!!

I received this bag today with a Nordstrom tag on it. Printed with $179 on the tag. They are selling it for $209. I'm very unhappy that you are marking up items to sell on this site. So sketchy. Great way to lose loyal customers!
