Purse is falling apart

I loved this purse when I got it. Perfect size and so beautiful. Well, 3 months later, the leather on the strap is falling apart. I’m so disappointed that I paid so much for this purse and it already looks 10 years old. I tried to take it back to replace it but they couldn’t do anything which is very frustrating.

I fell in love with the Prada large arche bag but couldn't stomach the 4K to stuff my lipstick, reader and iphone in. This bag did the trick! Great modern shape. Fits stuff. Pretty happy with it so far considering it was 95 percent less than the price of the Prada!
