Large Canvas Standard Supply Tote

I purchased the Marc Jacobs bag and noticed that it did not come with a Crossbody strap once I got home. I called the store and a representative as well as a manager were very rude to me and stated that I could return the bag and only get my money back, but not another strap and the bag would be considered as damaged. They didn't even offer to order me another bag and have it shipped to the store for this particular color that was the only one that they had left that I purchased I've purchased several bags from Nordstrom's rack as well as clothing and other items and I did not appreciate the way I was treated by management or the customer service rep. They were not helpful or friendly very rude
