This elegant winter boot feels amazing. I’m a size 8, but I would recommend going a half size up, because of the pointy toe box. A chic look for the Fall season🍁

I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Nordstrom Rack. The boots I ordered arrived damaged, which is unacceptable given the long wait for delivery.
What makes this worse is the company’s response. Despite being a loyal customer and a Nordy Influencer, I feel that my concerns have not been taken seriously. This lack of accountability and flexibility has significantly eroded my trust in the company.
Receiving a damaged item and experiencing such poor customer service has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope Nordstrom Rack improves how they handle issues like this in the future.

so elegant, Not over the knee
I don’t know why these are labeled is over the knee as I don’t see how they could possibly fit anyone that way. I am tall 5’9” and these do have a tall shaft so the V on the top comes under my knee and a very flattering way. It does not rub when I sit down, even though the shaft is tall. They are very elegant and comfortable. I’m glad I saw them in the store because I had dismissed them online because of the over the knee title. I did buy a half size up because of the pointy toe.

Love these boots. Super comfortable. Sized up 1/2 size so I can wear thick socks and leave room for pointed toe. One downside. The bottoms have already worn off after 3 wears and the black boot is starting to show through the bottom! Insane. Going to have to get them rebottemed after 5th wear. No grip left :(
