Would size up one
The color (though listed as dark navy) is the color shown in the picture. Maybe it's me, but I think they run a little small. If you are in-between sizes, definitely size up. Maybe even two sizes if you really want loose. They are comfy pants. I don't think the quality is amazing, but for the sale price works.
