Crest Button Cardigan

I really loved the striped cardigan with gold button trend and purchased this one because of the reasonable pricing. Read other reviews and sized up a whole size (I’m a true M and got the L). It still was a bit snug for my taste, especially around the arms. The buttons were also difficult to unbutton - felt like I was going to rip them off. The fabric is okay, feels cheap but that’s what you get for the price. If you like this style, I would look at other brand’s options.

This is a lovely sweater, on trend, but classic to wear for many seasons (gold buttons class it up). MANGO runs a full-size small for me (purchased a different sweater in this brand during the annual sale). I am a true large, 12/14, 38C/D, 5'8". I first bought the striped sweater in L. Tight and not good for the bust and waist. I returned for an XL. Perfect. I agree that the Navy is very dark, but that makes it versatile to wear with so many color schemes. I wore it to the office and received several compliments (blue Cinq a Sept ankle suit pants, yellow H&M tee, silver Sam Edelman loafer mules). Just lovely.

This sweater runs small. A medium is usually roomy on me (I'm 36c) but I would not be able to wear this sweater buttoned because it pulls too much across my chest leaving gaping holes between the buttons. I have skinny arms, and even without a shirt the sleeves were tighter than I care for. The buttons are too cheap and very hard to button/unbutton. The navy stripes are very dark and look almost black. The style is cute and the quality (other than the buttons) was good for the price. Love the concept and look, this one just didn't work out for me.
