Overly cropped, looks pieced together
This was such a disappointment and I don’t understand the other reviews. The sweater is literally pieced fabric together and I could feel every seam. I wanted this sweater for an office setting. The actual sweater, without the diagonal cutout, is overly cropped. This was several inches higher than my natural waist and definitely higher than any high-waisted pants. Even sitting with sweater would have exposed half my back. Nowhere does it mention that this is cropped. It feels like someone grabbed a little girls sweater, cut it up, added fabric to the side, and threw on a few decorative buttons. Could have been such a cute top but the execution of this sweater is terrible.

cute elevated basic but needs more photos
I love the way the sweater looks on the website, but was a little bummed that the sleeves also have the gold buttons. I think it would look more expensive if they were just on the body and not also the sleeves. I am usually XS or Small and did a small in this. I am short (5’2) with a short torso and this top looks great with my Levi’s rib cage jeans. If you are tall or have a super long torso, I would probably skip this. Order a size up if you’re between sizes.
