Nordstrom Rack sent used/damaged shoes
Terrible used and or damaged condition as seen in pictures. Advertised as new shoes. Would have tried again but were sold out of course. Called Nordstrom and gave me 0 flexibility on resolving the problem. A refund within the 30 day window is not a solution when sending clearly used/ damaged shoes advertised as new.
