Complete Disaster
I ordered a size 12 and received a size 10 that shipped from CA and I'm on the east coast in Philly. Just like previous reviews, Nordstrom is failing miserably and simply doesn't have a clue about order fulfillment or customer service.

No Loafers for you, size 7 !
Love Magnanni shoes for their quality leather & aesthetic. Except for loafers, those with foot size 7 cannot fit because Magnanni doesn’t offer any sizes smaller than 7. And their loafers run large, 1 size larger
