Not 18W or 16W
The dress is a small size 18. The packaging and order confirmation said 18. It is too small. When I ordered it, the size was "18W is similar to 16W"... Highly unlikely, but I ordered any how.
Please stop listing 18 as a 16W and never 18W is 16W. They are not the same!

Color is way off
The color says "heavenly pink" but when I got this dress in the mail, it was more like a pale purple. I also ordered another style of Donna Morgan's dresses and also in the same shade, "Heavenly Pink". That dress is actually a shade of pink whereas this dress is more purple. So strange and annoying since I have to have a dress in that shade for a wedding. All the other bridesmaid dresses are a pale shade of pink, not purple.

almost perfect
I'm 5'10" 135-140 lbs with a 34A/32B bust. I ordered a size 2. This dress is noticeably tighter around the bust/rib cage, but it's not uncomfortable. For someone with a larger bust, this dress would definitely be tight in that area as the fabric does not give. The length is perfect and belt adds a nice detail. The purple color is gorgeous! When I tried the dress on, the silk lining hangs down in the front of the dress slightly longer than the chiffon overlay... hopefully this will be a quick fix.

Not exactly what I expected
I tried it on and I looked chunkier. Sizing is terrible. Bad tailoring skills this woman has. Im not happy.
