Quality has gone downhill drastically

My Go-To-Tote
I purchased my tote in 2019. I have several totes similar in shape and size but his one is my go-to when I can’t decide. The color, feel of the leather, durability, style and most importantly, the way it has aged. I am a huge fan.

Beautiful tote
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bag has gorgeous leather. Thick and supple. It holds itself up without spilling over but is wonderfully squishy. The black with the tan straps is just a beautiful combo. Even without having a zipper on top I feel secure carrying my belongings. Please bring this back Madewell!

Best leather tote ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first Madewell zip tote 10 years ago whilst in NYC on holiday. It is the most beautiful practical classic tote I could have hoped for, still going strong. I planned to buy the black for work this year, only to hear they're not available!?! Madewell, this bag is a true classic. When will we see it back in our baskets?
