Excellent Quality Leather Tote
I purchased the black zip top medium transport tote. In black. I have previously purchased several of Madewell’s totes in English saddle color. They are still in excellent shape. With a little care conditioner, cleaner and water/stain repellant spray mine still look almost brand new! This one has quite a bit of room. Love the front pocket. I also purchased the small zip transport tote. When I first saw it I thought ok, looks kind of small. However with outside pocket and inside pockets there’s still a lot of room to carry daily items. Not a tablet but everyday go to items. And, still a little more room.

Cheap leather junk. Beware all the paid reviews.
Cheap, cheap, cheap. I read about this tote in an online blog and promptly ordered it as a stylish upgrade from a backpack for an upcoming trip to Italy. I took it on a single flight beforehand and it is so scratched up and mauled looking that it looks like I have had it for ten years. The leather is very attractive but clearly cheap as heck. Buyer beware I was also misled by all the positive reviews, which on closer reading were 90% paid reviews. I'm very disappointed in the Rack for even carry this item and have no hesitation in returning this (now beat up) piece of junk.

This was everything I was looking for in a tote. Beautiful, durable, perfect size, and zip closure. But…it was heavy. And by the time you load it up with your stuff, even heavier. I wanted to love it so much but had to return it.

Great quality bag
I bought this to travel with in case I needed extra room if my carryon was full. This is the perfect size not too big and not small , it would be considered a personal item. It can fit all of my makeup, toiletries , iPad, iPhone and the large pocket in front is great to slide my boarding pass and passport in for easy access. It also has a zippered pocket inside and the top of the tote has a full zipper. I highly recommend this bag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy to purchase this on sale, great wardrobe staple On the smaller size for a tote but big enough to use as an everyday handbag. Leather smells amazing. Slightly concerned about it being unlined incase dye transfers to contents bit so far so good
