Frighteningly wrong looking.
I normally wear an XL but, just in case I went with an XXL but I don’t think it would have mattered whether it was a L or an XXL the top smocked part of dress hugged my body from my shoulders to just above my waist highlighting every lump and bump in a most unflattering way. Ugh. Then, the rest of the dress - a completely different non-stretch material BTW - took off like a 1960’s bouffant hairdo, large, puffy and voluminous. Double ugh. I tried this dress because my previous experience w/Madewell was good. Dress was so wrong.
