[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Greta Pump is the perfect block heel pump. Very comfortable right out the box. Can be worn with a multitude of items. Perfect for someone like me that is prone to twisting an ankle in a kitten heel.

Sneakily uncomfortable.
These shoes seemed to be comfortable at first. But after wearing them to work, they completely destroyed my feet and I was limping by the end of the day. Might work better with socks? Would return if I could.
