The Corinne Lugsole Loafer (Women)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had these shoes in black for a couple of years and wear them regularly. I am a 7.5 and they are a comfy true to size. While a little heavy on the feet, they fit well and are great in fall/winter because of the lug sole. Please bring these back in tan! I will keep checking until they return!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Apparently it is well known to buy a half size down when buying loafers. I didn’t know this. But if you make the mistake like me (and it’s too late to exchange/return) and order your normal size based on all the reviews saying true to size, you’re going to have a lot of heel slip and it’s super uncomfortable because the sole is heavy. I had to put insoles in to help with the heel slip and ankle chafing. But now my heels also get scratched up. Wear bandages or some heel protectors. Otherwise the shoes are super cute. Just wish they fit better and weren’t so painful.

Tight at the widest part of my foot, despite being 1 size larger than I usually purchase. Nice leather. Look closely at top view to see if the cut is for you. I had found these on a search for “chunky loafers” and thought the would be a perfect blend of classic & chunky but hoped for something that felt slightly “chunkier” than these. Lug sole is small and they look and feel more slender than I expected and more slender than is comfortable for me. I did not return. Just not the favorites I had hoped for.
