straight cut
This shirt dress is cut straight up and down, and therefore didn’t have a nice fit from the shoulders down. It looks like there’s a back pleat, but the dress is cut too narrow through the hips. I tried two sizes and they were both two tight in the hips and the buttons gapped. The fabric is extraordinarily thin, thinner than poplin.
