I ordered a size up. The denim does not stretch and I hate when buttons gap. Don’t size up. I would normally be a medium/large but going by the size chart I ordered a size up. I wish I hadn’t. While I kept the dress I was worried about shrinking while washing and I knew to the Madewell brand /drying. The denim is heavy. It’s not a lightweight denim dress. It’s also short. I’m 5’1 and it was just right on me.
