The most perfect sweater
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one of these sweaters last year in the purple color and once they restocked I also got it in black. This sweater is soo flattering with the mockneck and rib detail. It's understated yet visually interesting and high quality. It's on the boxy side, so I recommend sizing down. My normal size is XS but the XXS actually fit me better. This is has been one of my favorite Madewell buys ever.

Poor quality
I wore one time and washed it by hand in WOolite laid flat to dry. Tag said dry clean but not Dry Clean Only! It shrunk and got all fuzz balled up! It wasn’t an inexpensive sweater. Can’t wear it anymore. Super disappointed….. Not good quality for the price, and it should have read Dry clean ONLY!

itchy and unflattering
The thickness was nice to this sweater, but the fabric was much itchier than anticipated. Also, the fit was strangely unflattering and boxier than seemed online. Lots of loose space in the bust that felt weird and like a cheaper cut. Ended up returning.

Not good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially gave this top 5 stars because it was super cute and flattering when I initially purchased it. However, after wearing it twice I started to notice a ton of piling all over the sleeves and the top started to lose its shape. It’s also incredibly itchy and just overall uncomfortable to wear. I wanted to love it and I’m disappointed that I no longer do.
