Pointelle Knit Peplum Cotton Cardigan

I eagerly waited for this sweater's arrival, and I really wanted to love it. For me though it just wasn't very flattering. Here were my issues (for perspective I'm 5'6" and wear a XS): 1) The waist did not look nearly as tapered on me as it did in the photos. It was much more columnar, maybe because of the thickness of the yarn. 2) The sleeves seemed really short. To be fair, they look a little short on the model but they were even shorter on my arms. My arms are not particularly long, so maybe I just got a bad sweater? These two drawbacks together gave it the look of being both too boxy and too small at the same time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this sweater in cream and also the brown because i loved the style as it is feminine and also classic. I love the little ruffle at the sleeves and bottom! I did go up a size as i wanted to be able to fully button it.

I bought this top and I was super excited for it. It looked really cute in the photos, but the arms for the xxs were a little too short and then the xs has the sleeves way to long then it bunched at the waist. The length is way shorter than it appears on the photo. I only wore it once and when I washed it all of the buttons came off besides two so now the top is unwearable. Super unfortunate that its advertised to be made to last but could not last one wash :(

Sweater is really cute but it runs very small. I needed a large and I am often a small or medium.

It is soooo sharp looking! You can wear it casuau or to an upscale restaurant! It can be worn in any season! I love it!!

I had no plans to buy a sweater and then fell in love with this. I’ve worn it nearly every day since I bought it. The details are really cute and the knit is slightly open weave so I don’t get overly hot. I’ve been wearing it with the blue and brown silk scarf which only adds to the look. It’s a little expensive but I will be wearing it a lot!
