Oddly put together
This really looked better online. The skirt aspect of the dress seems oddly attached, it's just kind of there. Unflattering and honestly pretty ugly. More like Made-Unwell.

size down!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love this dress overall! very comfy and high quality- and pockets! only thing is the elastic around the waist is veryyy stretchy. i sized down from medium to small and overall fits great but wish the elastic was a little tighter. I put in the dryer which helped a bit.

Staple piece but runs large
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the look and feel of this dress but it runs very big through the waist where the material changes. I’m between an XS and S in madewell dresses, 34B, and went for an XS in this, but it’s still too large. An extra few inches could be taken off around the waist line. Returning and hoping the XXS fits better

big black paper bag
Everything about this dress is horrible - the top has no shape/structure and the weight of the skirt stretches it down and it sags. The skirt is too voluminous and gives no shape to the waist at all - it ballooned out like a big black paper bag. The armholes were huge. I could go on. Going back immediately.
