Love the shirt dress
This is my first shirt dress and I love it. I am 5'3'' 120 lbs and it is hanging around my ankle. I usually buy size 4 but this size 2 fits me well. my waist is 26.5'' but the waist of this dress still runs a little bigger than my waist. If you want the cinch fit then probably add a belt.
