Huge! Fits like a sack of potatoes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybe I received a skirt from a bad batch, but this skirt is enormous! I normally wear a size 31/12, but in Madewell can go down to a 30, so I ordered the 30. The waist was so wide, I could have gone down to a 28 - when zipped, the skirt dropped straight down below my belly button. The material, while gorgeous, flared out too much, so I looked like a bell, lol! Please make this skirt in an a-line version with more consistency in the maker process. 2 stars for the gorgeous denim material.

Too Long for Petite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the skirt knowing it was final sale. Another reviewer said it was a good length for a petite frame, but it is too long for me at 5'2", reaching my ankles. Will try to hem because I like the style.

SO CUTE!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this skirt! It’s so feminine and flattering on me. I have a truly curvy shape (hourglass) and am a size 12/14. I have very prominent hips and a defined waist. I am also a bit soft in the midsection these days. This skirt flatters me well! A lot of denim skirts are more of a straight cut which is not flattering for my body type. This skirt hugs my waist, skims over my tummy/holds it in a bit, and glides over my hips and flounces out at the bottom. It is a fuller skirt like other reviewers have stated, but it’s very cute and feminine. Not many clothes these days are cut for a truly curvy/hourglass figure and this works! For reference, I’m currently about a 14 with a 35 in waist and 44 in hips. The 31 fits me, but is a bit snug. Wearable though! I plan to keep it since I am planning on slimming down a bit after the holidays.

Love this skirt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how put together I look in this skirt. Last week I wore it for an interview with a crisp shirt and a navy blue blazer. I also love it with sneakers and a t. It is comfortable on my waist and has a little stretch to it. Sometimes a 6 is a little tight on me, but this was just right. This skirt is a classic design, and I think it will become a a wardrobe foundation piece for me. I try to pack minimally when traveling and this skirt might make the cut even with the bulk of the denim.
