Eyelet Flutter Sleeve Cotton Blend Top

I got this top in small in both black and white. I'm usually a 0-2 in tops. The black is great, however the white is cut very high and tight around the armpits, making it slightly uncomfortable to wear. You can't really tell because of the shirts design though, and since it's already such a blousy style, I don't want to size up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 5’4 and 125 lbs. I got the XS in white. It runs a bit large like most Madewell pieces but I just size down. It’s very flowy and a bit sheer but not overly noticeable. I wear a nude bra with it and it is fine. I love that it has the perfect amount of fabric and not too much like a few of the other flowy tops. It has nice details that elevates it and makes it look expensive.(not fun to iron though) I love how it moves when you walk and I get at least one compliment every time I wear it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m usually a big fan of how Madewell clothes are versatile in fit and size. This season has been a big miss as far as fit and size especially if you tend to carry more weight in you lat area or have any sort of bust. This shirt in particular is cut unusually high in the armpits. Sizing up may help with this but it also makes it bigger width wise that may not be super flattering.
