Its actually a staple
This is a staple piece and way better in person then on the photo online. This looks great with a high waist black midi skirt, over a bathing suit, in lieu of a jean jacket in summer with a sundress. So versatile. Take this to Europe for a piece of Americana.

New favorite top
This top is my new favorite- I have to stop myself from wearing it every day. It is the perfect length, and the fabric is medium weight (somewhere between flimsy chambray and heavy jean jacket). I’d say it runs slightly oversized but not enough to warrant sizing down. The curved seam and brass buttons make it special. Overall so happy with this purchase and can’t wait to see if Madewell makes this top in more colors in the future.
