How to use: Can be used wet or dry. Prime eyes First, prime eyes with a primer for added color intensity. Apply eyeshadow over eye area (eyelids and creases) with a brush, using a pressing motion to build colour for a bolder look. Apply eyeshadow over eye area with a brush, using a circular motion to blend color for a diffused look.
