Sleeveless Belted Dress

This is a lovely, elegant dress for many occasions and a sophisticated length. The fabric is nice and the belt is a nice ascent or one can substitute it with their own more substantial belt. I love the look. The slit is not too far up. Problem is the arm holes are long and slightly wider. This means if you have a little bit of fat in that area of side check or under arm, it is fully exposed in the longer arm hole coming out of the arm holes. The arm holes are NOT so long that they show under garment though. You can’t see brassier. I wish the arm holes were not cut the way they are. To look elegant and proper it is only for svelt bodies due to arm holes. I purchased a 10 and an 8 in black. The 8 was too tight in chest area for a 38C, 5-7, 150 and could not zip up in back, but the bottom fit perfectly. The size 10 was able to zip up fine all the way. But then it made the hips of the dress slightly too much room so the dress lost its silhouette look at hips. If you want a fuller hips, not tight, but smaller chest then it’s a good fit for an 8 or 10. I am between a size 8 and 10. I love this dress but I have to settle for hub material that is slightly too baggy loosing the elegance of this dress and I would have to wear a cardigan to hid some natural small amount of fat that comes out side.
