[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Lucky Brand shoes! My favorite brand in my closet. However, I received these shoes in the mail - opened the box and the heel was broken! The heel was rolling around loosely in the box. Disappointed that the packing clerk didn't check the item before shipping. Shoe is much cuter on website than in person. Cheap material & cheaply made. Returned!!

I would buy this product again if only....
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this shoe. I am a trained dancer, but have been away from the stage for 30 years. This brought back that feel. However, I returned this twice - once for the inside sole coming out; the second time for the heel coming off. I lost $16 in return fees. It is sad.
