Glen Plaid Knit Sport Coat

Order a a second sport jacket because the 1st one did not fit. The second one I ordered never got delivered when I called Customer Service was told twice it was on its way. Had to call and cancel the order and buy another sport jacket your Company can not have it delivered on time for when I need, now I have to pick it up at the store. Very bad customer service experience. Should have offered to have it delivered the next day.

However, the “true to size” note was a bit confusing in my case. I ordered two 40R sport coats, but they arrived as ultra slim fits, which did not align with my expectations for a standard 40R. This led to some confusion on sizing, as I have since realized a 42R fits me more appropriately depending on the cut. I reached out to customer service and understand that the current process only allows for a return followed by a new purchase. Unfortunately, without a direct replacement option, this means paying for return shipping and then reordering, which adds extra cost and delay. The nearest store is over three hours away, so in-person exchange is not a practical option. While I appreciate the straightforward purchasing experience, the return and reorder process feels unnecessarily cumbersome, especially when the issue stems from fit labeling clarity. A replacement or exchange option would make the experience much more customer-friendly. For now, I will proceed with the return and take some additional time to confirm my sizing before placing another order. I did want to share this feedback constructively, as the product quality is strong, and improving the exchange process would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
