Button fell off in less than 28 days
I wore these jeans twice and the button was defective. I took it back into the store to exchange for the exact same pair and size they refused to accept it was defective and told me to call customer service. I called customer service and they said just to buy a new pair they couldn't help. I love these jeans but the fact that they don't stand by the product to exchange is horrible. Their customer service wasn't willing to help either. I just want an exchange.
