I just received this and yes, it runs large. I recommend sizing down maybe two sizes. I haven’t worn it yet but it is comfortable material and the length is long (I’m short lol) but with some platform wedges it will be perfect! I got it for my upcoming trip to Kauai! Can’t wait to wear it
