Sherry Soutache Flower A-Line Gown

I received this dress with 4 black stains on it! What the heck Nordstorm?! Do better! I tried to get them out, but I wasn't able to get them our completely, you could still see them on the dress, so I asked the store manager for a discount on the dress and she said 10%. Not a chance! I'm not willing to wear stains on me for a 10% discount. I returned it and now I'm scared to order it again so I don't get the same exact dress as it is at my local store and that is what they will pack for me. Unbeliveble, this is the worst experiance I had with Nordstorm. I though they were supposed to be better than this but nope! Disapointing customer service! The dress is fine ... if you can get it without stains but runs a little big in the chest.

Ordered this on a whim for a potential elopement dress. It greatly exceeded my expectations. The texture and shape is so great. Looks and feels more expensive than it is. The one thing is it runs surprisingly large in the chest. I’m usually an XL and have a huge bust (38G), but the XL was gapping in the armpits and front. It could be taken in, but I ordered an L to see if it’s better. Otherwise, love it!!! So happy I took a chance on this. Great price too.
