Sleeves not hemmed
I would keep this if the sleeves were hemmed, but they’re just surged with a raw edge. Sleeves are very long and fall at the knuckle. Also the neck dips down lower than a plunge bra, so it’s not a wear-to-work look. Too bad because the bow is pretty.
