Uncomfortable bagpack and pricey
I love Longchamp bags, but this backpack is too uncomfortable, no outside pocket, the zipper logo is too small and short and it's a struggle to find it. I would not recommend it, price is to high.

The backpack is the perfect size for work which I use it for. Holds my MacBook and roomy enough to fit 2 notebooks, make up bag and my wallet. I ended up with the grey one and the reason I gave it 4 stars is the little white marks that show up on the grey. I just use baby wipes to clean it.

Overpriced & Underwhelmed
Way overpriced for what you actually get. I bought it on sale and still feel underwhelmed. A $100 backpack should at least have padded straps!
