Le Pliage Filet Knit Shoulder Bag

I’ve had my eye on this style for awhile and finally decided to grab one. I opted for the pink and had the perfect Japanese fabric to go in the bag to prevent items from slipping out and give it a different look…works like a charm. Bag holds a lot even though it is supposedly small.

I love all of my Longhchamp bags and had wanted one of these for a while. The red is really pretty and a great price at NR but the size was smaller in person and I really can't think of what I would use this bag for. Had the strap been longer like a crossbody than maybe but honestly its purpose is pointless. Too small to carry groceries, too much open netting to carry a wallet, keys etc. The Filt bags are really inexpensive so this bag to me with the leather top handle is useless.

I bought this bag to carry my Bottega pouch in it. It also great reusable bag for groceries

Im obsessed. I’m picky about my “browns” and was worried I might not love to in brown. But it’s perfect and so light and so roomy. I have a “medium size” insert in there, ordered a large to use with this one.

Like the fact that it is see through.

I am a long time Longchamp le Pliage fan and own a number of them. When I first saw this I thought to myself - why? As time went on I started seeing it more and wondering how this bag could be incorporated into my current collection and daily life. With that said I took the plunge and purchased the XS in Tobacco and Green. Well, while I admit they were cute and work well for some, for me it was a NO. Too small and I hated that it did not have double handles and true crossbody strap, which is more of a shoulder strap. The design is just odd. I then decided to purchase the large and WALLAH, I LOVE IT. Since I have a number of beautiful scarves, once I figured out how to insert the scarf and make into a liner for the bag, I realized how cute and versatile it was. Pictured is the bag with an Alexander McQueen skull scarf. I also just purchased a soft large navy blue cosmetic bag from Target, which looks really nice as well. Bottom line is this bag is what you make it. I also love this neutral color because it can be worn year around. If you are a lover of all things Designer Bags, I highly suggest you give this one a chance!
