This Expandable le pliage has a more narrow bottom when compared to a medium top handle. Otherwise the same all around. With the exception of this bag being Expandable upwards and long straps

Poor quality
I am SO disappointed. I love this bag but it fell apart in less than a year with minimal use. It’s not even my everyday bag. Such poor quality for all 4 corners to rip! While I bought it in July I didn’t start using it until September because the color is for fall.

the expandable XL Tote SURPRISE
Bought originally for work but quickly turned to be the best travel bag. Fits perfectly on top of my carry on and underneath airplane seats. I use Longchamp travel cases to maximize the space.

Interior is weird when zipped
I have 6 of these bags 3 club size and 2 full one zip expandable in black. Once zipped you have to decide if you want excess fabric up or down. up gathers items in this mess of fabric, down items get stuck under like keys . Also these do not have large interior pockets like the “original large” bag. you’d think this tote would have better organization but it doesn’t . I also purchased the men’s toiletries bag as an organizer for the large king champs . small coin or make up sized bags are hard to find .

fantastic travel tote
Bought for a recent trip and love that I could expand it and make it smaller when I needed it to be. It got dirty when it was raining and I had to put it down waiting for the hotel shuttle at the airport but it was easy to wipe clean. Highly recommend! Easily fit under the seat in front of me on the plane.

Not the same quality as the regular one!
I ordered this light blue bag and orange one online then found the expandable bag in orange available at one of local NR stores. This expandable one was right next to the regular Longchamp nylon bag. I can see the difference of nylon quality without even touching it. I guess this bag is just made for Nordstrom, without using the same nylon. Very disappointed. Return the items immediately when received.
