baaaad service
Caution- came without strap and wadded up in a ball. I chatted Nordstrom immediately which turned into another fiasco.
The purse itself after i worked to fluff it back up is actually beautiful- but I’m so turned off by the experience i don’t know if i want to keep it. It was treated like 29 dollar purse not one that’s over 500!!!
