Wonderful bag
Absolutely love this bag. Holds everything you need for work and then some. Handles are perfect for shoulder or hand carry. Shoulder drop is perfect. Big enough for a laptop, cords, extra coat, small essentials, papers/files, etc, but not so bulky it is awkward to carry. Just be sure to get a base shaper and/or bag organizer. Handles also tend to slip off your shoulder if you are wearing slick fabrics on top, so constant readjustment may be necessary. Otherwise, an incredible bag for a very reasonable price.
