great petite dress!
It's so difficult to find well-fitting petite dresses, but this one is great. It definitely needs a steam and I would say it is NOT scuba material (as described) but is actually a stretch crepe, which has a nice drape (as pictured). The color is as pictured; not too yellow. Cap sleeves can be hit-or-miss but these are definitely a 'hit'. I only wish that it had a lining; I'll just wear some shapewear or a slip. Really looking forward to wearing this on stage for performances, and to auditions.
