defective heel - unable to return
The heel broke after 4 hours and the CMR Store would not take them back. I will not shop at Nordstrom Rack unless this is made right.

slightly too big
I love the shoe however it is slightly big. I ordered medium with which is perfect for my bunions however, my heel does not reach the back of the shoe. I have to scrunch my toes to keep the shoes on. Also, the inside of the shoe has a white lining all the way around and it doesn’t look uniform. I for the price, I will donate them rather than returning.

Beautiful shoe with flaws
I bought these shoes because I need heels but need comfort.
They are beautiful however, they hurt after awhile.
My biggest complaint is I bought the black suede, I wore black tights with them.
The inner white material around the outside of the shoe looks like a white line all around the
foot. So disappointed. I am going to have to go to a shoe maker and see if they could dye the
inside of the shoe. The inside of the shoe should have been black. So disappointed.
