bad experience

I ordered online. Then monday June 9, 2025 10:23am I called CS to extend my pick up. CS connected me to Nordstrom Rack OK and I was given until friday, June 13, 2025 to pick. Then picked it up - the counter said it was returned. I want to cry because I have not received the Product. Money not yet refunded. I was so disappointed that I cried in the car. Its that feeling you get to see your favorite bag brand but not there.
