What it is: A colorless, all-day, life-proof eyeshadow primer.
What it does: It locks in your eye makeup look and enhances its results. Suitable for all skin tones, the formula not only intensifies the color of your eyeshadow but extends the wear for up to 14 hours. It's crease-proof, waterproof, sweat-proof, fade-proof, smudge-proof and transfer-resistant.
How to use: Using a concealer brush or your fingers, apply a small amount of primer onto your entire lid, blending up and out. Apply eye color as desired.
Pro tips: When creating a smoky eye, add a bit of primer to the lower lashline with a small precise brush before adding darker shades. This will help lock in the shadow.

Best eye shadow primer
I really like Lancome shadow primer .It keeps my shadow on all day and into the evening .bbI can use it on all types of eye shadow . I used to use Lancone eye shadow exclusively but only two are available now that I like..neutral beige and a grayish mauve. I will not wear pink, yellow or cream.

doesn't work. bring back the old eyeshadow primer
I've been a lancome wearing since the early 1980's. the original eyeshadow base was the best, the aquatique did a good job and allowed me to use as a "Shadow" on a light makeup day. This catches the creases, never feels dry, and overall poor results. i switched to clinique. It is comparably to the Aquatique.

Excellent primer
This is a really great primer for eyeshadows. I found this when a different brand I used was out and need a primer since my eyeshadows crease etc. This is a great alternative primer. Great product. My eyeshadows stay in place and doesn’t crease. I started using a primer around a year ago was recommended to use a primer because my eye area can be oily.

Too thick consistency
This shadow primer is too thick and it dries right away, therefore, the shadow does not stick that well to the skin/primer because it has been dried prematurelly.
