This is my favorite liner. It is so easy to apply. You can control the thickness of your lines easily. I dont like the price point even when it's on sale. However, it is by far the best black, non-smearing, easy applicable, waterproof, liner. So I have to buy it

Poor Quality
The eyeliner arrived dry. I bought 3 eyeliners and two of them came dry.I had to add water to smooth it out and apply. It seems to be an old piece that was sold. Very disappointed.

I wanted to like this, however.... I don't.
I wanted to like this eyeliner when I used it on one eye; by the time I got to my second eye, it already felt dry and unusable. I had to use another eyeliner on top of it to see any color. I will have to return this.
