Sofia Cotton Blend Cardigan Blazer

Very poor quality for a supposedly $400 sweater

Grey is one of my favorite neutral colors and so I have been searching for a blazer in a medium grey shade. This one is absolutely the perfect shade. Now….sizing - I wear a 4 in L’Agence blazers so I ordered a S. Unfortunately, the jacket was far too small. While the waist and hip size were okay, the shoulders in the blazer as well as the arm circumference were far too tight. I am accustomed to shoulders being a bit tight which is why I like knit blazers as they are a bit ‘forgiving’ on my somewhat broader shoulders but I have really thin arms so that issue was puzzling. I am returning the S & have ordered the M. That should solve the shoulder and arm problem & hopefully, the hips & waist will not be too large!

Soft knit fabric combined with a fitted style come together to form the perfect blazer. Super flattering, warm and chic. May to be worn with jeans and a tee or with a silk blouse and dress pants. This is a fabulous piece. A wardrobe stable. It comes in so many great colors. You may find it hard to have just one.

The part where the jacket buttons isn’t reinforced. So over time, it will stretch. For $400, put a little ribbon behind it or something. I don’t mind the over all lack of structure in the jacket but the place it buttons is already sagging just from whomever has tried it on. Beautiful jacket otherwise.

Excellent sweater jacket for the price; well tailored. Looks like it is worth more. It may run small in the waist. Shoulders fit fine. You might want to go up a size.

Bought this for work and it’s simply gorgeous. Well made and looks great dressed up or down.

Love the fabric - slight stretch, love the tailored and structured fit, love the style - modern but polished. Bought in white, excited to wear this when the weather warms up. Agree with others that it runs slightly on the small side.

The jacket is a good weight that polishes off any outfit. Excellent quality.

So glad I decided to splurge on this (tan) jacket bc I love everything about it! I've been wearing it nonstop bc it's so flattering and am actually considering getting a spare. I got it in my normal size, large, and it's definitely fitted, but I think that's part of what makes it work so well and the sleeves are the perfect length.

Is it me, or was mine sized wrong? I find it to run very snug. That said, this didn't appear to be a factor for the other reviewers. Hummm.. The jacket/ heavy sweater is however extremely cute and would be very versatile. Love the crystal buttons. I may keep it, just won't be able to button it. Lol. Thus, still deciding....

Overall the cardigan is beautiful, however the button fell off while trying it on! Not acceptable for a $500 blazer, returning.
