Shiny satin finish and no structure
SATIN garment, soft, flowy - think silky robe with a lining, just not a trench coat fabric or finish. Better to be called “trench inspired satin dress” I purchased a larger size intending to use it as an overcoat and since it does not say that it is satin, I assumed it had a different fabric finish, since it is described as a trench coat, after all. It was also huge on me. I think an XS would have been fine if I was ok with a satin trench coat vibe.

Stunning
This definitely NOT a trench coat but it is stunning and super soft. It’s more like a light, long, shiny suit. Not as described, but I got a ton of compliments on it all night at a networking event.
