This is such a cute and versatile piece!!! I love it so much! I get so many compliments when I wear it. It truly finishes any outfit and makes the outfit special. It works with trousers, jeans, skirts, dresses….pretty much anything. It is lined except for the collar and the cuffs on the arms. Those areas can be itchy if you are sensitive. The arm cuffs are snug on me but still work buttoned or unbuttoned. Unbuttoning the cuffs doesn’t ruin the look of the jacket or the adorable puff sleeve. It runs a little large. I went down one size despite being on the busty side (34G). This is the perfect piece for spring.
