Customer Service Nathaniel Gone Crazy
Shoes were perfectly fine for a trip to sunny Florida. However, the shipping experience was terrible in the fact that my $60 note was not available and when I interacted with the sales clerk, his response was, “I just work here part-time to make extra money” and turned his back on me. When i continued to express how I received the offer because I signed up for the Nordstrom credit card, he started screaming at me. “I don’t care!” etc. I asked for a manager, then he kept screaming, incredulously, “YOU NEED TO CALM DOWN!” His co-workers and armed security literally had to escort him away from the checkout area. Nathaniel needs anger management therapy and retraining. Thought about the experience while on vacation. Pretty traumatizing.

This app charges $10 for shipping, which isn't free, and the service is terrible. They left my package way out in an apartment that had nothing to do with my address, and when I went to pick it up, it had been opened. There wasn't even the box with my information, just the box with the shoes inside. Awful service for the price. The carrier was LaserShip.
